Oftentimes, marketing has been associated only with the discipline of the studies of advertising and sales management. What seems to be neglected is the power of brand management. Strategic brand management combines the design and implementation of marketing activities and programs to build, measure, and manage brands to maximize their value. Brands offer a number of benefits to customers and firms. Brands are valuable intangible assets that need to be managed carefully. The key to branding is that consumers perceive differences among brands in a product category. The forum will be a sharing experience of how an educator and entrepreneur was able to transform dreams into reality through branding
